All
accepted papers will also be published in the
conference proceeding, which will be distributed
to all the delegates during the Conference.
Proceeding of the ICEFR 2010 International
Conference will be published by the
IEEE. All the
registered papers will
be included in the IEEE Xplore and indexed by Thomson ISI
and Ei Compendex. Selected
papers will be published in the International
Journals.
Each paper is limited to 5
pages normally, and additional pages will be
charged. Please follow the ICEFR 2011 Conference template below.
PAPER
SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are kindly invited to
submit full text papers including results, tables,
figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be
accepted by
Electronic Submission System or by Email
icefr@iedrc.org. All submitted articles should
report original, previously unpublished research
results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted
to the Conference should meet these criteria and must
not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference
and are subject to both review and editing.

LIMIT:
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables,
and references.
PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
Regular Papers: Extra pages may be purchased at
60 USD per extra page.
